Our Annual General Meeting will this year be held on the 12th December.
All members are invited to attend – Its your club, have a say in how it runs!
There are several positions that need to be filled and we are looking for members who are keen to take a more active role in the running of the club.
Session supervisors and Several convenor positions require filling.
We will also be discussing our new format constitution, which will hopefully pave the way for the club to apply for Charitable Status.
Teas and coffees and snacks will be available.
Meeting starts at 7.30pm sharp.
