Silver Workshop

Silver is one of the most attractive, versatile and workable metals known to humanity. It has been used to make coins and jewellery for some 5000 years.

It is also a great metal to work with and its relatively low cost and easy availability make it the main metal worked in our club.

Our Silver Workshop is fully equipped with a traditional work bench and an extensive array of tools including hammers, files, rollers, draw plates, torches and casting equipment.

Although members wishing to work in silver and other metals are encouraged to buy their own basic equipment, almost everything you need to fulfil your artistic ambitions and produce fantastic pieces of jewellery is here.
